Ducky shares his journey of creating Earthseed Inc., a nonprofit focused on self-sustainability, and his work on the Mobile Analog Space Habitat (MASH), a converted school bus designed to be fully self-sustaining. Speaker's Bio:
Donald Jacques who goes by Ducky is a veteran of the USAF, a father of 8, and grandfather of 19. He has had careers as a ballroom dance instructor, a computer programmer, commercial maintenance, and has spent the past 15 years building a handyman business in Arizona. He is the author of 4 published novels. In 2010, he began his research into life support for the Moon and Mars, and in 2014 built his Tiny Home Prototype. His 5th book EarthSeed: Settling Space in this Generation was published in 2015. Since 2017, his efforts have been spent founding EarthSeed, Inc, a 501c3 Non-Profit, and building the Mobile Analog Sustainability Habitat bus.
